You can return eligible products within 7 days from the date of delivery. The following products are covered under our return policy:

Products Not Eligible for Return:

We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of health, hygiene, and safety. Therefore, we do not accept returns for the following products:

• Masks
• Innerwear (Boxers, Camisoles, Inner Tank Tops, Panties, Underwear, Vests, and other innerwear)
• Shapewears
• Thermals
• Socks
• Towels
• interwar
• intimate ware etc.

How to Return Your Product:

1. External Packaging Damage:

   • If you notice external packaging damage at the time of delivery, do not accept the package.
   • Add remarks on the courier delivery sheet and raise a complaint with us immediately.
   • Once accepted for return, we will initiate the refund process.

2. Product Damage, Manufacturing Defect, or Wrong Product:

   • Return via cextra.net:
     • Contact our Customer +91 79085 21268 (Monday to Sunday, IST 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM) or write to wecare@jockeyindia.com.
     • Do not return any product without confirmation from our team.
     • Once accepted, we will initiate the refund process.
   • Return through Self-Shipment:
     • Use our Reverse Pickup service or return the product by courier to the address provided.

Refund Process:

• Order Cancellation:

  • Refunds may be provided if the order is canceled before shipping.

• Prepaid and COD Refunds:

  • Refunds for Pre-paid Orders:
    • Credit card: Refunded within 5 to 7 working days.
    • Debit card/internet banking: Refunded within 7 to 14 working days.
  • Refunds for Cash-On-Delivery (COD) Orders:
    • Refunded to the provided bank account details.

• Refund Timelines:

  • Initiate eligible refunds within 7 working days from receipt of the product.
  • Keep customers informed via email on the refund status.
